  • Payment processing for premium features

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining account security. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may register using your Google or TikTok account. By using third-party login, you agree to those providers' terms of service.

Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

Creating and collaborating on audio projects, sharing audio files with authorized collaborators, using AI feedback features for audio improvement, and using integrated third-party features (e.g., TikTok publishing) for their intended purposes.

Prohibited Uses

Uploading copyrighted material without permission, attempting to reverse engineer our services, using services for illegal activities, interfering with service functionality, sharing account credentials with others, and misusing third-party integrations in violation of their respective policies.

Data and Privacy

We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to data processing for service provision. You may withdraw consent at any time. You have rights under Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

Payment Processing

Payments processed through PayPal. All prices in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Refunds and Cancellations

30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Cancel anytime through your account settings. No refunds for partial months.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your audio content. You grant us license to process and store your content. You are responsible for content legality.

Our Services

Visual Audio retains ownership of our platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software. Trademarks and logos are our property.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. We may modify or discontinue features with advance communication.

Limitation of Liability

Services provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss or corruption. Maximum liability limited to amount paid for services. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy. Access to services will cease immediately upon termination.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes resolved in Israeli courts. Privacy Protection Authority has jurisdiction for privacy matters.

Changes to Terms
